What website platform do you use?

I specialize in using WordPress because it offers flexibility and control over your website. We’ll need to set up a self-hosted WordPress.org site (if you don’t already have one), which allows you to make any changes you want freely. If you’re unsure about this process, don’t worry—I’ll walk you through everything during our discovery meeting to ensure you feel confident and informed.

How much is the deposit?

To secure your spot, a 50% deposit is required. We’ll discuss the specific cost of your project during our discovery call. The remaining 50% will be due on the day of your VIP Day. This ensures everything is set for a productive and efficient session focused on your needs.

How long does it take?

The timeline for your project can vary based on the scope and complexity of the tasks. My goal is to complete as much as possible during our VIP Day, but it will depend on what we’re tackling. During our discovery call, we’ll discuss your priorities and determine what we can realistically achieve in the time we have together. This ensures you have a clear understanding of the timeline and expectations upfront.

Are there any more costs I could expect?

When starting a website, there are a few additional costs to consider:

Domain: This is your URL (e.g., yoursite.com), typically costing $10-$15 per year. I recommend NameCheap.com. 👈 Affiliate link

Hosting: This is where your website is housed. Costs vary based on needs, usually around $5-$30 per month. I prefer A2Hosting. 👈 Affiliate link

Additionally, other fees may apply depending on the services you choose, such as Calendly, ConvertKit, and other tools we might integrate into your setup. We’ll discuss these details during our discovery call to ensure there are no surprises.

Are we on the call all day together?

Oh gosh No! We will discuss the best way to connect throughout the day – such as Voxer, Messenger, WhatsApp, etc. As the day and project progresses, or if I need further information, we will use this to communicate quickly with each other.

What if something comes up and I need to reschedule?

Life happens! If something arises and we need to reschedule, we will work to find a suitable alternate time. Just let me know as soon as you can.

What if I need more services?

That’s wonderful! We can discuss those needs and determine the scope.

Will you teach me how to make updates to my site?

You bet! I want you to be able to update and maintain your site yourself. We will do a live walkthrough on Zoom together. It will be recorded and you will be able to watch the replay as often as you need.
